WHY OUR STUDENTS LOVE WHAT WE DO
They love the fact that our classes are structured and disciplined with a maximum of five students to each specialist tutor. There is no sitting around waiting to play. After 45 minutes of intensive tuition everyone takes off their headphones, winds up the volume - and the band plays live for the last 15 minutes!
IDEAL FOR DUKE OF EDINBURGH AWARDS!
All British School of Rock and Little Rockers tutors have degrees in their specialist discipline and have enhanced DBS clearance.
LIFE SKILLS, CONFIDENCE, FRIENDSHIP AND TEAMWORK!
Playing in a band not only teaches musical skills but also builds confidence and develops cooperation, negotiation and team-working.
It is an enjoyable way to gain vital life skills, make lasting friendships and discover a love of making music that will last a lifetime.
The founders of British School of Rock (Paul and David) formed a band in their teens – many years ago – and have remained close friends ever since. Paul has worked in Music Education all his life, for the last 10 years at a senior level within the state sector. David co-founded Stagecoach Theatre Arts in 1988, and as Managing Director built it over 25 years into an organisation educating 42,000 students in 11 countries.
